Dogtown Little Free Pantry

12.10.2021

Wow! What a generous group of families and parents! We had three wagons full of food and personal care items to deliver to the Little Free Pantry. The Safari room kiddos walked the items to Theresa’s house and hand delivered them to her on her front porch. She was so touched by the generosity of the DCC families and staff. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated! Seeing the children so invested in this project put a huge smile on Theresa’s face.

The Safari room children took this opportunity to discuss what the word “donation” means. As well as what it means to help out our community and ways to do that. The Safari room friends decided the word “donation” meant “to help others”.
