Application and Registration

To begin the enrollment process, please fill out the following forms. Once completed, submit forms with a non-refundable $75 application fee to our address listed below. You can also request an application form by emailing Sheryl Vickers at sheryl@discoverychildrenscenter.com.

After submitting your application, your family will be placed on our waiting list. Due to the limited number of openings, you will be notified as to whether a space will be available for your child. We currently have a waitlist for our Infant and Toddler classrooms. If we cannot offer your child a space on your requested start date, he or she will remain on the waiting list until a space becomes available.  Applicants are welcome to contact us at anytime to verify their placement on the wait list.

Children are fully registered when the forms are complete, the Parent Handbook is signed, and the application fees are received.


Deposit

Upon acceptance, a refundable deposit of $750 is required prior to your child’s start date. Parents must give written notice at least one month prior to withdrawal of your child from DCC. If so notified, the security deposit will be applied to the final two weeks at the rate of the current fee. If not, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are only holding tours after hours when the center closes and the children and staff are not present.
